These are core human rights spelled out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, created by the United Nations in the aftermath of WWII in 1948. The Earth Charter Document echoes these common ethical & human themes.
It is high time all governments cease hostilities and end futile warfare and excessive military spending. This is the path to World Peace. This is the key to a successful and peaceful Civilization for all Global Citizens in the 21st Century.
